NEW DESIGN㈜한화-기계 – 협동로봇 ‘HCR-14’ 디자인Hanwha - Design of 'HCR-14' Collaborative Robot

㈜212컴퍼니가 디자인한 ㈜한화-기계의 협동로봇 ‘HCR-14’가 5월 23일부터 27일까지 경기도 고양(일산) 킨텍스에서 개최된 ‘SIMTOS(심토스) 2022’ 전시회에서 발표되었다. 신제품 협동로봇 ‘HCR-14’는 ㈜한화-기계의 HCR 라인업 중 가장 강력한 제품으로, 금속 가공 및 물류 이송에 주로 활용되며, 자체적으로 개발한 RAIV(RobotAI Vision)가 탑재되었다.
The collaborative robot 'HCR-14', designed by 212 Company for Hanwha, was unveiled at the 'SIMTOS 2022' exhibition held at KINTEX in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province from May 23rd to 27th. The new collaborative robot 'HCR-14' is the most powerful product in Hanwha's HCR lineup, and is mainly used for metal processing and logistics transportation. It is equipped with their own developed RAIV (RobotAI Vision)
새로운 디자인으로는, 6개의 구동부 모듈에 유기적인 형상을 적용하여 정형화된 이미지를 탈피하고 친근하고 미래지향적인 이미지를 강조하였다. 파트 사이에 LED 또는 포인트 컬러를 적용하여 스마트한 이미지와 정확성을 시각적으로 표현하였고, 제품의 구동에 대한 인지성과 안전성을 높였다. 기능적으로는 모듈식 모터 커버를 적용하여 제작성을 높이고 모터 후면 커버를 크게 적용하여 컨트롤 부 접근 및 A/S가 용이하도록 하였다. 제품 컬러는 CI 컬러 배열을 적용하여 ㈜한화-기계의 Identity를 유지하고 강조하였다.
With the new design, an organic shape was applied to the six drive module units to move away from a standardized image and emphasize a friendly and futuristic image. LED lights or point colors were applied between parts to visually express a smart image and accuracy, increasing cognitive and safety aspects of product operation. Functionally, a modular motor cover was applied to increase manufacturability, and a large motor rear cover was applied to make it easier to access control parts and maintain the product. The product color maintains and emphasizes the identity of Hanwha with the application of the CI color array.
